Glenn Boyce is a Principal and supervising tunnel and geotechnical engineer with 34 plus years of experience. This extensive experience covers virtually every aspect of trenchless, tunnel, shaft, and geotechnical engineering, including exploration and assessment. Serving as an engineer, lead engineer, project manager, or technical reviewer, Glenn has been involved in preliminary and final design, alignment and layout, geometrics, laboratory testing, cost estimating and analysis, and environmental studies, inspections, and assessments for a variety of trenchless, tunneling, and shaft projects. Glenn is a licensed professional engineer in six states.

His project expertise includes facilities for water supply and wastewater, highways, power, outfall tunnels and pipelines, and transit systems. In 2009, Glenn was named “Trenchless Person of Year.” Active in many professional organizations, he is also an award-winning engineer, teacher, and author.
