Charles-Edouard Delpierre is the Chief Officer of the Business Area Infrastructures Europe of Tractebel, and member of the Executive Committee. In this role, he leads Urban (Complex Buildings, Transport Infrastructure, Cities & Territories) and Water infrastructures (Sea, Ports, Waterways) in Europe, and coordinates BIM globally. He is Cairman of IMDC and Tractebel Romania, and Board member of Tractebel Brazil and Tractebel India.
In addition, he is Board member at Syntec Ingénierie, of Ecole des Ponts-ParisTech Alumni, serves on the scientific committee of Urban Al, is member of the experts committee of France Ville Durable, and has served on the scientific committee of ISOCARP.
He has been lecturer in 50+ courses and conferences on sustainable and smart city. He is co-founder of the Executive master Resilient and carbon neutral cities, ULB.
He is educated in urban planning at Paris-Sorbonne University, and public administration at Ecole des Ponts-ParisTech in Paris, France.
